The CW has made five new drama series pickups, with all early standouts making the cut. That includes the Sex And The City prequel The Carrie Diaries, the Green Arrow-themed Arrow, the contemporary reboot of the 1980s series Beauty and the Beast, mystery Cult and medical drama First Cut starring Mamie Gummer. Picking up five new scripted series is a record for the CW which, under new topper Mark Pedowitz, has vowed to increase the amount of originals on the air at any time, avoiding long spells of repeats.

Nicole Gale Anderson (Jonas) and newcomer Nina Lisandrello have been cast in the CW’s drama pilot Beauty And The Beast. Loosely based on the 1980s CBS series starring Linda Hamilton, CW’s Beauty And The Beast is described as a modern-day romantic love story with a procedural twist. It centers on Catherine (Kristin Kreuk), a tough-minded NYPD homicide detective and the Beast, Vincent Koslow, the survivor of a military experiment that went disastrously wrong. Lisandrello, repped by Leading Artists andInvictus Entertainment, will play Tess, Catherine’s partner and friend on the Homicide Squad. Anderson, repped by Paradigm and The Marshak/Zachary Co., will play Catherine’s younger sister. She has been recurring on ABC Family’s Make It or Break It. OMG this is so exciting! We can’t wait! hopefully it will be picked up!!!! Congrats Nic!! |

The first photoshoot was made for the lookbook of the clothes brand Make Believe and the second is a new headshot session by the amazing Terren Oddo. Nic looks absolutely wonderful! We also have an exciting news, we are now using Nicole-Anderson.com as main domain and we’re also reachable from Nicole-Anderson.org and our old domain NicoleGaleAnderson.org thanks to our AMAZING host FanFusion.org!!! So happy for this! We’ll have new layouts for the site & gallery and we’re gonna add all the missing caps from Nic’s Tv appearances :) It’s going to be an exciting year here at Nicole-Anderson.com so hope you’ll check often!
